Not a dull moment around here.
At around 10 o'clock this morning, someone called the police and reported anthrax being in the first-floor toilet of the bus terminal building. Hundreds of people were evacuated, and the scene was quickly abuzz with police cars and ambulances. This happened about 300m from my work.
News source.
Turns out it was a lie. The police don't yet know who made the call.

300 Meters from your work?! ... NOT STARBUCKS! Now where will I get my 1 small coffee and use their internet for 3 hours?
ReplyDeleteHaving said that... Starbucks would probably use the Anthrax in their drinks.. I wouldn't mind an Iced Frappe Anthraxcino
that is a bit scary. Is that why your boss now wants to know your doctor's name in Australia?
ReplyDeleteCats struggling, hope they can get their best team back on the park soon........keep well, don't worry for now, premierships are not won in July!!
ReplyDeletelol, you could always go to Tully's... you can borrow my point card! Man that's one thing about Japan, you end up with two dozen friggin point cards for everywhere.
ReplyDeleteNah, she just wants it for emergencies. The timing is just random.
There was no video streaming of last night's match online, but after work I listened to most of the second half on 3AW. It might not be such a bad thing they're tasting some losses now, just so long as they can get their team (and act) together in the coming weeks. The Dogs aren't breathing down their necks just yet!
